We aim to process and post your order within 2-4 working days, and delivery progress will be updated regularly.
Each item will have its delivery fee stated on the listing. Items of £50 and less will be posted Royal Mail 48hr Signed For. Items over this amount will be delivered via Royal Mail special delivery.
Returns
We always hope that you love your purchase, but your statutory rights mean you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please email us ASAP and we will guide you through the returns process. If you have bought online and collected in store, the item cannot be returned as per in store terms & conditions.
Authentication
We only accept genuine, authentic brands. Under no circumstances will we accept counterfeit goods. If we are unsure of the item’s authenticity we will advise a service in order to obtain a certificate.
Selling & Commission
We offer a 6 week selling period for your items, after this time a discounted time may be arranged at our discretion.
The revenue from each sale will be subject to a 50/50 split.
We reserve the right to limit the number of items we accept.
We reserve the right to refuse items for any reason.
